Federation of Manufactured Home Owners

FMO District 7 meeting will be held in the Pine Lakes ballroom on April 8, 2016 from 1pm to 3pm.

All residents, you need not be a member of FMO, are invited to attend. Please help Pine Lakes have the best FMO District 7 meeting in all of District 7 (Charlotte, Lee, Collier, and Hendry counties) with your attendance. Please help also by sending cookies and other dessert finger food to the ballroom around noon. Thank you,

Maura Alexander and Ruth Zabierek, FMO representatives (Federation of Manufactured Homeowners of Florida) :)

What FMO Has Done For Us

You really should to join FMO because FMO has defeated many disasters that awaited you in the shadows:

FMO defeated a bill requiring fees for bingo in our community;

FMO help pass a bill that gives our community the right to conduct bingo;

FMO helped pass legislation to require citizens insurance to cover your lanai, garage, or other attachments to your home;

FMO helped defeat a bill that would have taxed your lot rental fee;

FMO defeated a bill to tax mobile homes on rental property as real property;

FMO employs a full-time lobbyist to represent you in Tallahassee;

FMO retains legal counsel to support the rights of manufactured home owners;

FMO needs you to give FMO the political strength to protect our rights under Florida Statute Chapter 723!

Kudos to Turnberry Isle!

For the first time Turnberry Isle Court has received a gold star for the highest percentage of FMO members in the Pine Lakes Estate section.
Frenchman's has another silver star and Broken Woods received another bronze star.
Congratulations to Turnberry Isle, Frenchman's and Broken Woods.
On the Lease Land section of Pine Lakes three neighboring courts are receiving a May star. Grand Cypress, once again receives a gold star; Gator Creek is close behind with a silver star and Hidden Hills pulled away from Indigo and Sugar Mill for the bronze star.
Congratulations to Grand Cypress, Gator Creek, and Hidden Hills.
